If you have received an email from us mentioning your account is being migrated to Vera&John, we would like to inform you that this change will happen on October 31, 2024. Please note that if your country is Finland, Poland or Malta, you are not impacted by these changes.
As of October 31, 2024, you will be moving to a new platform called Vera&John operated by Dumarca Gaming Limited, where you can expect to find the same level of excitement and great customer support you have enjoyed with us. Dumarca is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority under license reference number MGA/CRP/169/2009.
As part of this transition, Trannel will continue to be the data controller of your customer data until October 31, 2024, ensuring compliance with GDPR, Maltese data protection regulations, and the company’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. As always, you retain your rights under GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, and transfer your personal data, ensuring full transparency and control over your personal information.
From October 31, 2024, you will be accessing your account, with the same login credentials, through Vera&John. This will happen following a planned downtime period on October 31, 2024, at 23:00 CET, after which you will be notified by email once your account is ready for access. If you do not agree with these changes, you have the option to close your account with us and withdraw your funds by 20:00 CET on October 31, 2024. Afterwards you will be able to manage your account as you want from the Vera&John platform. Your rights as a customer remain warranted and this transaction is executed in full compliance with applicable law. Your funds and data remain secure at all times.
- What does this mean?
This means that after the migration on 31.10.2024 you will no longer be a Maria Casino customer and your account, together with any existing balance, will be with Vera&John instead, as long as you accept the new terms and conditions with them.
- As a customer, do I need to do anything?
You don't need to do anything. You will be informed once you can log in to your account with Vera&John.
- What if I don’t want this change?
If you don't agree and you don't have any pending balance in your account, then you don't need to do anything. Simply don't accept the new Terms and Conditions with Vera&John and your account will remain inactive.
If you happen to have funds in your current account balance but you don’t want to join Vera&John, then we kindly urge you to request a withdrawal before Maria Casino becomes unavailable on 31.10.2024. If you don’t manage to do this before 31.10.2024 then you will need to liaise with Vera&John instead.
- Is Vera&John licensed by a regulatory body?
Yes, Vera&John is a fully licensed brand. Please refer to their Terms and Conditions to see more details.
- Can I still log in to my Maria Casino account?
You will be able to log in to your account up until the end of 30.10.2024. You will also be able to upload any documents that might be required for verification purposes.
- Can I verify my documents after my account has changed to Vera&John?
Yes, you will be able to provide your documents for verification with Vera&John.
- What will happen with my remaining balance?
Your remaining balance will still be available to you when you log in to your Vera&John account.
- What happens if I have any unused poker tickets?
On 30.10.2024 the value of any unused Poker tickets will be returned to your account.
- When will I be able to access my Maria Casino account for the last time?
You will be able to access your Maria Casino account until the end of 30.10.2024. After that, Maria Casino will no longer be available, and you will receive an email once you can access Vera&John instead.
- What will happen with my personal data?
All your data will be securely transferred to Vera&John.
